HITRUST is seeking a Manager of Partner Programs to support the day-to-day execution, enablement, and growth of our assessor and reseller ecosystem.
This visible, hands-on role will serve as a key connection point between HITRUST and its partner community, helping ensure partners are informed, aligned, engaged, and equipped to represent HITRUST effectively in the market.
This role is ideal for an experienced partner programs professional who can improve consistency, scalability, and partner engagement within an established program.
The Manager, Partner Programs will manage core partner relationships, support education and enablement efforts, assist with reseller activation, improve partner communications, and help strengthen operational discipline across the ecosystem.
Success in this role requires strong execution skills, excellent communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal teams.
