Manager - Packing & Development (Bavla, Gujarat, IN)

Should be a graduate from Indian Institute of Packaging or similar institution.

Provide input on the technical feasibility and resources required of the project.

Review and access the QMS system wherever implemented possible by coordination with respective department.

Change part development for F&D and commercial product.

Preparation and review of documents for Regulatory Filing and Interaction with RA department regarding product related queries.

Preparation of master packaging record and take part in execution of exhibit batches.

Co-ordination with cross functional team and completion of work within the target time.

Responsible for approved art works files converted into final file with convert to suitable format as per vendor requirements.

Prepare key lines by technically evaluating packaging change parts as per requirements.

Responsible for making in-house dummy packing materials like sticker label, carton pack insert/outsert, carton etc.

Co-ordination for generation barcode like GTIN, 2D and QR code.

Review of Digital/ Studio proof against approved Art- work.

Checking the shade card against approved artworks.

Responsible for following practices for archival and retrieval of master documents and files.

To perform any other work / assignment time by time as assigned by higher authorities.

Communications with all the related parties as & when needed.

Ensure Data Integrity.

Requisition and follow up for procurement of trial/sample packing materials.
