Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing in-house developed automation platforms, web portals, and reporting solutions that support critical business and operational functions.
The position ensures the availability, performance, security, scalability, and reliability of applications built on Python, Node.js, and React.js , operating in Linux environments and integrated with backend databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle .
The role encompasses end-to-end application support, including troubleshooting application and database issues, implementing functional and technical enhancements, optimizing system performance, and automating operational processes.
It also ensures compliance with established coding, deployment, security, and operational standards.
Working closely with Operations, Infrastructure, and Development teams, the incumbent drives continuous improvements, maintains system stability, and delivers scalable, efficient, and business-aligned automation and reporting solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and support organizational objectives.
