Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans strategies

Lead the Crisis Management program, including updating Crisis Management plans and procedures, and developing and leading tabletop exercises

Lead the ongoing implementation and enhancement of a robust Third-Party Risk Management framework, methodology, and process, in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing team, focusing on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with third-party relationships

Prioritize, report, and oversee the management of Aviso’s top organizational resilience risks, including ensuring adequate controls are in place and risk mitigation strategies are planned or in progress

Create and/or update applicable organizational resilience policies and ensure alignment with enterprise risk programs across the organization

Mentor internal senior stakeholders and provide guidance to other functional team members on conducting risk assessments and provide subject matter expertise on how to proactively mitigate risk

Lead, develop, and implement Crisis Management and Third-Party Risk Management training

Lead the drafting of quarterly senior management and Board of Directors reports, including collecting, organizing, and visualizing risk metrics information. Organize and participate in the Business Continuity Committee

Present risk assessments and related risk information to senior leaders, providing strategic insights and ensuring informed decision-making
