Change, Experience, and Communications

• Develop and implement change management and internal communication strategies supporting organizational transformation.
• Lead employee engagement, employer branding, inclusion and belonging, onboarding, recognition, and employee experience strategies.
• Oversee employer award submissions, recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and communications that strengthen the employee value proposition.

AI, Governance, and Compliance

• Lead HR AI transformation and automation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Oversee HR analytics, workforce dashboards, predictive analytics, and data governance for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance processes.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian employment, labour, health and safety, human rights, pay equity, accessibility, privacy, and workplace legislation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in organizational effectiveness, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, HR analytics, and change management.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic HR initiatives, organizational transformation, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills with executive-level audiences.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• CHRL designation and coaching or mentoring certifications are desirable.

Compensation

• Hiring range is $91,000 to $140,800 CAD in expected annual base salary.
• Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and skills.
• The compensation package may include annual bonus, profit sharing, commissions, pension matching, and benefits.
