Role Overview
Manage general administration and marketing activities while maintaining records of day-to-day activities.
Source and procure office supplies and facilities amenities, and support maintenance and invoice processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tourism operations, administration, and coordination activities while controlling regular expenses.
- Support teams across regions with operational, administrative, and coordination work.
- Coordinate administrative activities and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure implementation of contracts negotiated with service providers and clients.
- Provide stationery, food, corporate gifts, and other supplies as requested by business units or management.
- Maintain client billing records, process invoices for payment, and maintain receipts, claims, and recovery records.
- Support tourism accounts across regions with daily operations and backend support.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance client partnerships.
- Document client communications and interactions for access by relevant team members.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor operational activities across regions and prepare activity reports.
- Generate financial data, compile reports, assess client account financial health, and prepare account reconciliations.
