Job Description

  • We're looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition, Enablement to shape how our TA function operates and evolves.
  • You'll lead a team responsible for the strategy behind our TA tools, processes, data, and programs.
  • You'll partner closely with TA and business leaders to deliver enterprise wide initiatives, optimize recruitment technology like Workday, and build a data driven, scalable TA function.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to TA Service Delivery leaders, translating evolving business and hiring needs into enablement priorities
  • Define and lead the TA enablement roadmap, prioritizing enterprise initiatives and ensuring successful adoption
  • Own and enhance TA technology (including Workday and other recruitment tools), ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Establish and drive TA data and analytics strategy, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Lead process optimization and employment brand initiatives to drive consistency and exceptional candidate experience

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field, with proven experience leading projects, programs, or operational transformation initiatives
  • 5 years leadership experience including leading leaders or cross functional teams
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources or Business Management preferred; CHRP designation is an asset
  • Experience driving adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Strong experience with recruitment technology (e.g., Workday, ATS, CRM systems) and data driven decision making
  • Highly skilled in project management, process improvement, and leading change in complex, fast paced environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across TA, HR and the business
