We are seeking an experienced Sr Software Engineer or Manager of Software Engineering to join our team to support optimizing solutions focused on NetSuite and related technologies.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite, SuiteScript, accounting, inventory management, warehouses, manufacturing, and 3PLs.
This role will oversee the design, development, and integration of complex business systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.
The Manager of Software Engineering will manage cross-functional projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
This position reports to the Director of EDI.
Netsuite Development And Optimization
- Support the design and implementation of custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript (2.x) for workflows, user events, and integrations.
- Optimize NetSuite configurations to support accounting (GL, AR/AP, financial reporting), inventory management, and order processing.
- Ensure scalability and performance of NetSuite-based applications.
Project Management
- Plan, prioritize, and execute engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Work with product managers, finance, and operations teams to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Monday, or Asana.
- Implement and enforce Git methodologies (e.g., branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews) for version control and collaboration.
- Oversee audit processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
