• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and Master’s degree in nursing, adult education, healthcare administration, or a related field required.
• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Board certification in Nursing Professional Development required within two (2) years of hire.
• Three (3) years of clinical education experience required.
• Two (2) years of direct care nursing experience required.
• One (1) year of leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity required.
• Experience and/or training in the following required: Nursing professional development theories, concepts, and principles. Supporting system compliance with associated regulatory, accreditation and legal mandates.
