- Promote and sell DRA Homes residential projects located in Chennai
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and virtual project walkthroughs
- Coordinate with Chennai sales & CRM teams for booking, documentation, and collections
- Organize NRI customer meets, referral programs, and channel partner networks
- Maintain client database and regular follow ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market feedback on competitor activities in NRI segment
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales / NRI sales (Chennai projects preferred)

- Ability to work independently and meet targets

Position Overview
