Position Overview

  • The Manager – NRI Sales will be responsible for generating and closing residential property sales from NRI clients based in Dubai and across the UAE for projects located in Chennai. The role requires strong networking, relationship management, and knowledge of the Chennai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads from NRI prospects in Dubai & UAE market
  • Promote and sell DRA Homes residential projects located in Chennai
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and virtual project walkthroughs
  • Coordinate with Chennai sales & CRM teams for booking, documentation, and collections
  • Organize NRI customer meets, referral programs, and channel partner networks
  • Maintain client database and regular follow ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide market feedback on competitor activities in NRI segment

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales / NRI sales (Chennai projects preferred)
  • Strong network within Tamil / South Indian NRI community in Dubai
  • Good understanding of Chennai real estate market
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
  • Tamil language proficiency is mandatory
