Responsibilities
- Lead a premium nightclub within a Marriott franchised hotel in Dubai
- Manage live entertainment — booking and coordinating singers, DJs, and performers
- Grow footfall and revenue through marketing and brand building
- Manage social media accounts and digital campaigns to drive engagement and bookings
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
- Manage guest relations and VIP/client management
- Manage and motivate floor, bar, and entertainment teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in nightclub, lounge, or premium hospitality/entertainment venues
- Proven track record managing live entertainment — booking and coordinating singers, DJs, and performers
- Strong marketing and brand building skills with ability to grow footfall and revenue
- Hands on experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
- Excellent guest relations and VIP/client management skills
- Ability to work within standards and compliance framework of a branded hotel environment
- Strong leadership presence to manage and motivate floor, bar, and entertainment teams
- Fluency in English required
- Flexibility to work late night and weekend shifts
