Manager, Network Engineering

• Monitor infrastructure and network performance using various tools and techniques
• Optimize system and network performance and ensure high availability

• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures
• Ensure data integrity and availability through regular backups and restoration testing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and network-related issues
• Assist with escalated help desk tickets and provide timely resolution

Documentation and Reporting

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for network and infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
• Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and project progress This role may require occasional evening and weekend work to perform maintenance and upgrades. On-call availability may be required for emergency support.

• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and network engineering
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and infrastructure technologies

The base salary range for this position is $ $84,906.00 - $155,000 ; the exact salary depends on various factors such as experience, skills, education, location, competencies and industry-specific knowledge.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive short term incentive program based on performance and company results.
