Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for major music labels, prominent independent labels, distributors and aggregators, industry bodies, and music curation channels within the Australia/New Zealand (AU/NZ) territory.
- Maximize Product Activations of your managed partners (e.g., labels and artists).
- Develop and execute long-term partnership strategies that align partner goals with YouTube’s business objectives. Provide data-motivated insights and best practices to partners to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
- Manage agreement negotiations and renewals.
- Execute Local to Global initiatives, helping AU/NZ artists reach international audiences through strategic programming and cross-regional collaboration.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in the music industry, digital media, or a related entertainment field.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Experience with the Australia and New Zealand cultural landscapes, music ecosystems and digital streaming trends.
Preferred qualifications:
7 years of entertainment industry experience with a demonstrated record of initiating and proven track record of driving successful marketing or content campaigns for high-profile music releases.
Experience with financial models and music copyrights.
Extensive experience managing C-level relationships with record labels, artists, and talent management.
