- Own campaign timelines, critical paths, and launch schedules, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time
- Coordinate the collection, review, and delivery of creative assets and promotional materials to media agencies and partners
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, creative teams, media agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Track campaign milestones, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues that could impact launch timing
- Manage multiple theatrical releases simultaneously, ensuring assets, approvals, and campaign deliverables remain on schedule
- Partner with agencies to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and according to approved plans
- Support reporting, budget tracking, trafficking requirements, and campaign administration as needed
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance campaign efficiency and execution
Requirements
- Post secondary diploma or degree in marketing, communications or adjacent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience within an advertising agency, client organization, or motion picture studio supporting marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of media planning and its application to integrated marketing campaigns
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, numerical, and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with shifting priorities
- Willingness to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening and weekend work
- Must be willing to complete a background investigation
- Must be 18 years or older

Role Summary/Purpose
- Reports to Senior Vice President, Media.
- The Manager, Media is responsible for the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of media campaigns supporting Universal Pictures and Focus Features theatrical releases across English and French Canada.
- Serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external media agencies, this role ensures campaigns are launched on schedule, assets are delivered on time, and all media elements are executed accurately and efficiently.
- The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail oriented project manager who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Workplace
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
Salary Range
- Salary range 85000 100000 CAD year.
