The Mechanical Engineering Resource and Development Manager (ME R&D) reports to and supports the Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager, who leads the OTECH Mechanical Engineering Department.
This department includes Mechanical Engineers, Designers, Structural Analysts, and Manufacturing Engineers.
The ME R&D Manager will oversee a team of approximately 12 direct reports and will be responsible for coordinating and tracking training across the entire department.
Additional duties include managing and monitoring departmental work assignments.
