Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall material activities for project/site/warehouse
- Plan and control material requirements for construction activities
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, QA/QC, and site teams
- Monitor material availability as per project schedule
- Ensure timely receiving, storage, and issuing of materials
- Maintain inventory control and stock accuracy
- Track material shortages, excess, and damages
- Prepare material reports, stock reports, and reconciliation reports
- Supervise warehouse operations and store personnel
- Ensure proper preservation and storage of materials
- Coordinate material inspections with QA/QC team
- Handle vendor and supplier coordination
- Monitor logistics, shipment, and delivery status
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards
- Maintain ERP / SAP material records and documentation
- Support project management for smooth execution
