Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Materials Planning & Control Professional and be at the heart of optimizing our supply chain operations! We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who can masterfully balance resources and demand while ensuring seamless material flow throughout our manufacturing processes. What will you do: Drive material replenishment strategies for raw materials, components, and finished goods using advanced MRP systems Execute Distribution Requirement Planning processes while optimizing inventory levels to meet service objectives Manage purchase order portfolios and analyze stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records Collaborate closely with Planning Leaders and Supply Chain partners to ensure synchronized operations Define and maintain stock parameters to achieve optimal service levels while minimizing inventory costs Check the accuracy between operational work and MPS decisions and react accordingly Daily action regarding MRP messages (MD07) and escaladed when repeatable issues Actively participate to SIM cycle 2 Respond to the customer needs coming from the CCC’s through the Customer Claim Management Process Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders) Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
