Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager manages and drives sales through distribution to achieve market leadership in the assigned territory.
The role is designated M1 within the Sales function and is located in Gujarat.
Sales and Revenue
- Establish a strong distribution footprint and promoter channel.
- Deliver sales targets for voice, prepaid, post-paid, and data products.
- Drive secondary sales, product penetration, revenue targets, acquisition quality, competitor tracking, stock availability, and channel promotions.
- Expand retail outlets across existing and new geographies.
People and Distributor Management
- Set DSE targets, monitor beat-plan adherence, maintain systems and formats, and drive distribution KPI delivery.
- Monitor DSE availability, distributor stock holding, daily performance, problem solving, load-outs, systems, and HSW compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Regular graduation is essential.
- Post-graduation in business management or an MBA is desired.
- The role requires 5–7 years of work experience.
- Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation is required.

- Good communication, sales planning and forecasting, consumer product and technology knowledge, decision-making, results delivery, analytical thinking, and team commitment are required.
