Role Overview
The role is Territory Sales Manager at job level M1 within the Sales function.
The position manages and drives sales through distribution to achieve market leadership, revenue growth, and gross-number growth in the territory.
The stated location is Gujarat.
Sales and Revenue
- Establish a best-in-class distribution footprint and strong promoter channel.
- Deliver sales targets for voice, prepaid, postpaid, data, and other products through distribution strategy execution.
- Drive secondary sales through mass retail distribution and increase unlimited-product penetration.
- Monitor acquisition quality through the distribution channel.
- Track and report competitor schemes and programs.
- Ensure stock availability at retail while following applicable norms.
- Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and market credibility.
- Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.
Distribution Expansion
- Achieve retail outlet expansion targets by increasing outlets in existing and new geographies.
