Role Overview
Ensure all the destination facilities and infrastructure operate at peak performance by leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of both preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
This role is responsible for overseeing technical operations across MEP systems, attractions, utilities, and pool water treatment system (freshwater & seawater), while ensuring safety & regulatory compliance, and equipment reliability.
The Manager plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, enhancing asset longevity, and supporting smooth integration between engineering, operations, and third-party vendors.
