Manager Main Factory

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to exceed (internal / external) customers’ expectations.
• Increase production, capacity and flexibility while maintaining current quality standards
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup & recruit, manage and develop plant staff
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
• Commit to plant safety procedures
• Address employees’ issues or grievances
• Repair, Replace and augment plant equipment as needed.
• Create a production schedule through an ERP System
• Schedule regular maintenance for equipment.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees.
• Open and close building
• Approve time records for some 70+ union employees.
• Purchase needed production supplies.

Minimum Educational Qualifications (If Applicable)

• Engineering degree or equivalent work experience required.
