About Daymark Health

About the Role
Run the day-to-day training and onboarding logistics for care teams across new markets.
Report to the VP of Clinical Operations and work with the VP of Supportive Care and Nursing.
Senior leadership designs the curriculum and sequencing; this role ensures the program runs on schedule.
Program Design and Delivery
- Translate the clinical training framework into session-level materials, activities, and pacing.
- Manage trainers and contributors, provide delivery feedback, and maintain training calendars across markets.
Measurement and Improvement
- Review completion data and new-hire feedback and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
- Create reusable templates, job aids, a training library, and effectiveness metrics.
