Role Overview
MNP is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development for its National Human Capital team.
The role develops and leads people strategies, learning programs, and curriculum solutions across the firm.
The position supports MNP's culture, values, and goal of remaining an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve curriculum and learning solutions across multiple service lines.
- Manage curriculum initiatives and technical, leadership, professional skills, and firmwide learning programs.
- Define learning pathways, delivery methods, assessments, prerequisites, ownership, and lifecycle status.
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify needs and translate business requirements into learning outcomes.
- Coach and develop a designated team of instructional designers.
- Oversee projects, team capacity, workload, quality, efficiency, and delivery timelines.
- Establish instructional design standards, templates, style guides, and quality review processes.
- Improve onboarding, intake, review, version control, and content management workflows.
- Support evaluation, reporting, dashboards, feedback surveys, and participant assessments.
- Advance AI-enabled learning design and build stakeholder relationships for learning priorities.
