Description
Oversee delivery and operation of enterprise technology platforms and IT services, including network, cloud, infrastructure, workplace technology, collaboration, audiovisual, service desk, and related services.
Improve service quality, operational reliability, automation, technology costs, employee technology experience, business alignment, and continuous improvement.
Work with internal employees, consultants, and managed service providers while reporting to the Director of Information Technology.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise network, cloud, infrastructure, workplace technology, collaboration, audiovisual, service desk, and disaster recovery services.
- Establish service standards, performance metrics, and operational processes for reliable, secure, and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage managed service provider governance, performance reviews, escalations, renewals, negotiations, and continuous improvement.
- Improve service quality, reduce recurring issues, simplify processes, and strengthen operational discipline.
- Advance IT service management and ServiceNow workflow automation, service catalog, self-service, analytics, and process improvement.
- Implement automation, cloud modernization, infrastructure optimization, and operational cost improvements.
