Role Overview
Lead the engineering, strategy, and operational excellence of the organization's endpoint and end-user technology ecosystem.
Own endpoint fleet engineering, VDI, application packaging, endpoint security co-ownership, identity and device trust, collaboration technology, ITSM, and CMDB.
Transform a legacy support-driven function into a proactive modernization-focused engineering discipline.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- The listed base salary is $103,625-$129,532.50.
- Performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.
Typical Day
- Lead Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Apple, and Android endpoint strategy for provisioning, patching, compliance, and application packaging.
- Coach and develop technical engineers and establish modernization-focused performance expectations.
- Define device standards and lifecycle strategy, including refresh cycles and end-of-life planning.
- Lead VDI/DaaS strategy and engineering across Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365.
- Own ITSM configuration, workflow governance, and CMDB data integrity.
