Position Overview
Manage the technical administration of the organization’s Learning Management System and act as the primary technical contact with the LMS vendor.
Design, implement, and manage digital workplace solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and user experience.
Manage networking, end-user computing, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT systems supporting the LMS, including network, bandwidth, security, and user access.
- Oversee LMS performance and coordinate digital learning content from content partners.
- Manage HRMS support for the full Hire-to-Retire process lifecycle.
- Work with academic, operations, technology, IT support, and administrative teams.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration platforms.
- Provide training, workshops, user support, and Tier-3 support for complex digital workplace issues.
- Apply security and data protection practices, enforce secure collaboration policies, and monitor system performance and engagement.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations for reliability and scalability.
