Role Overview
Manage international corporate groups and incentive movements for WNY Holidays.
Independently plan, cost, and execute complex MICE programs across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
This is a hands-on operations role focused on end-to-end on-ground execution.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is full-time and on-site in Noida.
- International travel with groups is required when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international MICE groups from itinerary planning, costing, and supplier negotiation through execution and reconciliation.
- Coordinate DMCs, hotels, venues, transporters, restaurants, activity providers, and event-production partners.
- Manage flights, visas, hotels, rooming lists, transfers, meals, conferences, gala events, sightseeing, and incentive activities.
- Prepare movement plans, schedules, rooming lists, vehicle charts, vendor briefs, and event run sheets.
- Coordinate clients, sales, ticketing, suppliers, and on-ground teams while managing risks and emergencies.
- Track budgets, advances, payment commitments, invoices, event accounts, and CRM information.
- Travel with groups when required and take responsibility for end-to-end execution.
