The Opportunity
The Financial Services Branch, within the Ministry of Health, is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented leader with a strong financial and auditing background to join the team as Manager of Internal Audit.
This position reports to the Director of Operations and Internal Audit, The successful candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of internal audit principles and a demonstrated ability to link key risk exposures to audit work performed.
This position requires exceptional knowledge of auditing practices, standards and procedures; and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and cooperatively with others in a team environment to establish, build and maintain positive working relationships.
