Responsibilities

• · Collaborate, communicate and engage with marketing & pre-sales to ensure optimum customer engagement and contribute to creating a great place to work.
• · Understand Technology / Ability to take first level Product demos.
• · Market sizing/ planning / Target setting
• · Able to Lead a team , set targets to them and own the inside sales team.
• · Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach-out to them.
• · Should be able to convert leads into closures , strong hold on Negotiation & convincing strategies.
• · Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them into qualified leads.
• · Follow up for collections on customer payments
• · Drive customer relationships through the funnel from suspect to qualified and deliver qualified opportunities to the team
• Requirements - Need to have:
• · 4+ years of Inside sales experience in selling software solutions/products, preferably involved in concept selling.
• · Experience in conducting sales reviews
• · Experience in Cold calling, Email prospecting, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
• · Excellent verbal & presentation skills
• · Strong written communication skills.
• · Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / SalesForce / Sugar etc
• · US market Experience is a plus.
• · Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology(Engineering background) Education: BE/BTech/MTech/ MCA (Mandatory) + MBA is a plus
