Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage alerts from ECS SOC, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SIEM, and related platforms.
• Investigate L2/L3 incidents and coordinate containment and recovery.
• Lead responses to malware, ransomware, phishing, identity compromise, and insider threats.
• Coordinate with SOC, infrastructure, network, IAM, and end-user support teams.
• Support forensics, log analysis, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain playbooks, response procedures, and escalation models.
• Produce weekly and monthly incident and alert trend reports.

Required Skills

• SOC operations and incident response lifecycle experience are required.
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, and SIEM tools is required.
• Log analysis, threat triage, and containment workflow knowledge is required.
• ServiceNow or ITSM experience for incident tracking is required.
• Understanding of network, endpoint, and identity security is required.
