Manager- Information Architect -Data Modeling

Translate business requirements into solution designs to support development and delivery

Design and develop data models and data warehouse structures based on business needs

Create and optimise data pipelines, including transformation and aggregation processes

Define and implement data transformation logic using SQL and ETL tools

Review solution designs produced by colleagues and provide constructive feedback

Guide development teams throughout implementation, ensuring clarity in design execution

Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with requirements

Take accountability for delivery outcomes, continuous improvements, and stakeholder engagement

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling

Proven experience in ETL design and development with hands-on exposure to ETL tools

Advanced SQL skills, including complex transformations and data analysis (e.g., Teradata)

Ability to interpret data and apply a range of data manipulation and analytical techniques

Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders in collaborative environments

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Highly organised with the ability to plan work and deliver within agreed timelines

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and an innovative approach

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
