The primary responsibility is to provide processing expertise to the UP’s in developing the manufacturing procedures by which the formulation are produced. Processes are established through working closely with Research and Innovation (R&I) and Corporate Quality (Pilot) to understand composition, specifications, risks and mitigating those risks. The Process and excellence Expert (PE) will process validate to ensure ability of the plant to produce within the specification provided using the process established. The PE will also use problem solving tools to support production unit in investigating non-conforming results and process optimization.
The Process and quality excellence lead will also take care of quality excellence role.
10-15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with processing equipment and writing manufacturing procedures and operating in quality excellence environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the listing below:
Use of Quality Charts, control methods and standards (including the use of gages, instruments, personal computers and SPC tools) to determine cause and effect in quality problem solving;
Collaborate with safety, operations, and quality to complete risk assessment to review and mitigate risks associated with new formula production

Has the ability to perform varying functions (components, bulk, finished goods, etc.) of the lab;
Understand the urgency of the business, and is able to serve the UP in a timely manner;
Uphold the values of the Compass;
FG release in SAP quality system
Compliances and CAPA management
Methods review & Communication about the changes to the sites, and implementation closure.
Consumer compliant management system
Handling of regulatory mandates
Mandatory documentations.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in science
Passion for chemistry.
Handson experience.
Ability to learn statistical processes and Standard Operating Procedures
Ability to perform various technical operations, automated equipment and PC skills in the department and in the plant
English verbal and written skills
Basic math and statistics
Engineering approach to problem solving and strong training skills.
