Role overview
Lead process and systemic improvement initiatives in the Payments Risk organization.
Build mechanisms that reduce defects, improve customer experience, and help customers transact safely.
Use customer data from executive escalations to identify challenges and program successes.
Project management
- Gather requirements, document functional specifications, identify stakeholders, and identify process defects and gaps.
- Conduct customer research and design solutions that address unmet customer needs.
- Drive product awareness, adoption, and program improvements.
Reporting and accountability
- Report progress across multiple projects to senior leadership.
- Monitor risks, provide actionable insights, resolve roadblocks, and recommend solutions to systemic issues.
- Challenge assumptions, identify root causes, clear blockers, and ensure goals are completed on time.
Collaboration and team management
- Manage partner relationships, performance, customer experience, objectives, and success criteria.
