About the Role
Kinan is seeking a Manager II for Tendering & Contracts to manage all tendering activities and contract administration. You will oversee RFP processes, contract drafting, cost estimation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Tendering and Contracts in all steps of the Tendering process (RFP, analysis, award recommendation, contract drafting)
- Prepare pre feasibility construction budgets based on historical data and market rates
- Manage contract signing and ensure all annexures and schedules are included
- Review and align contractual documents for correct identification, distribution, and archiving
- Ensure use of standardized forms and templates
- Issue and create POs on ERP system according to approved budget
- Draft and follow letters, notices to correct, contract addendums in line with contract terms
- Review, negotiate claims and issuance of potential Change Orders
- Prepare and issue RFPs, track submissions, handle bidder inquiries, organize bid openings, conduct evaluations
- Track changes to design/construction work and adjust budget accordingly
- Prepare project budgets sheets, cost control sheets, cash flow sheets
- Oversee, review and approve invoice Payment Certificates for suppliers, consultants, contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience in real estate / residential construction / commercial specialist industry
- Thorough knowledge of Contracts Administration, cost control, budget management and document management
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills
- Must be a team player with strong collaboration and problem solving skills
- Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP) and AutoCAD

Job Purpose
- Work with Head of Tendering & Contracts to manage all tendering activities and contractual documents.
- Ensure contracts are properly controlled, managed, and reserve rights for the company.
Main Accountabilities
- Assist Head of Tendering and contracts in all steps of the Tendering process.
- Pre feasibility construction budgets preparation.
- Managing contract signing and ensuring all documents are attached.
- Reviewing and aligning contractual documents.
- Ensuring use of standardized forms and templates.
- Issuing and creating POs on ERP system.
- Drafting and following letters, NTC, contract addendums.
- Review, negotiate claims and issuance of Change Orders.
- Preparing and issuing RFPs, tracking submissions, evaluations.
- Tracking changes to design/construction and adjusting budget.

Required Education & Experience
