Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of integration or payroll-related issues.
Evaluate integration impacts during Workday releases and enhancements.
Security Administration
Manage Workday security framework, domain security policies, roles, segment-based security, and business process security.
Lead periodic security audits and compliance activities.
Ensure appropriate access controls and segregation of duties.
Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and IT Security teams.
Governance and Operational Excellence

Ability to discern and address analytical requirements in ambiguous contexts.
Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to issue escalation.
Collaborative mindset and commitment to team achievement.
Workday certifications (HCM, Reporting, Security, Integrations, Compensation and/or Talent strongly preferred)
Experience with Workday integrations (e.g., Studio, EIB, PECI, APIs)
Experience working in a global matrixed environment.
SQL, analytics, or data management experience.
Knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, or Compensation modules.
