Role Overview
Manage and oversee end-to-end human resource functions across corporate, site, and operational locations.

Work with senior management, department heads, site teams, employees, and external consultants to maintain effective HR operations.
Recruitment and Workforce Planning
- Manage recruitment for corporate, site, operational, and support functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection.
- Manage offers, salary negotiations, documentation, joining formalities, recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and manpower reports.
HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee processes from joining to exit, including onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and employee master data.
- Handle resignations, notice periods, clearances, exit interviews, and full and final settlement coordination.
Performance and Payroll
- Develop job descriptions, job profiles, KRAs, reporting structures, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate appraisals, measurable objectives, performance outcomes, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and maintain accurate HRMS records; SENSYS experience is an added advantage.
Compliance and Employee Engagement
- Monitor PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, UAN, labour law, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate filings, registers, returns, audits, inspections, notices, and compliance documentation.
- Plan engagement activities, support employee welfare and communications, and handle grievances and HR queries.
Policies, Reporting, and Stakeholders
- Support HR policies, SOPs, process improvements, confidentiality, and consistent practices across locations.
- Prepare MIS and reports on manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, payroll, and employee movements.
- Coordinate with management, department heads, site teams, finance, payroll teams, consultants, and vendors.
Candidate Profile
- Requires 8–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Requires hands-on HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience.
- Requires exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination, HRMS, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, township development, hospitality-led developments, or allied industries is preferred.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Additional Information
The role reports to the Director of HR.
Travel is indicated as required.
