In this role, you will act as a strategic HR business partner to lead initiatives in talent development , people strategies , change management , organizational efficiency , and driving a culture of ownership within the organization. You will also lead and support People projects and initiatives across the Central Operations organization.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, identifying opportunities, closing capability gaps, and designing people solutions that drive operational excellence across plants and technical functions.

Develop and execute talent strategies for technical talent (hiring, career development), partnering with Talent Acquisition to deliver against workforce needs.

Understanding of business metrics, with emphasis on financials and identifying opportunities for HR to drive impact
Experience influencing and aligning strategy around talent capability and behaviors
Proven track record partnering at all levels to drive priorities and results
Demonstrated success in a matrixed organizational environment
