Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or advisory leadership role
- Proven track record of managing HR operations across multiple countries in the MENA region
- Demonstrated success in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Experience leading complex organizational design and change management initiatives
