Role Overview

  • As the Manager, HR Business Advisor for the MENA region, you will serve as a high visibility, strategic partner to senior business leaders.
  • You will align people strategies with regional business objectives, driving organizational growth across a diverse market.
  • This is a critical leadership position requiring strategic vision, cultural intelligence, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic consultant to senior regional leaders, translating business goals into localized people strategies.
  • Collaborate on strategic workforce planning and manage the regional HR budget.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and high performance using engagement data.
  • Architect and execute talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for the MENA market.
  • Lead regional succession planning cycles to identify high potential talent.
  • Align learning and development initiatives with business needs.
  • Assess organizational structures and lead org design initiatives to improve agility.
  • Act as a key driver of change management during transformations or shifts in strategy.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws across the MENA region.
  • Drive nationalization initiatives such as Saudization and Emiratization.
  • Establish and leverage HR analytics and dashboards for data driven decision making.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 5 years in a strategic HRBP or advisory leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing HR operations across multiple countries within the MENA region.
  • Demonstrated success in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Proven experience leading complex organizational design and change management initiatives.

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances and labor markets across the Middle East and North Africa.
  • Comfortable guiding teams through ambiguity in a fast paced, regulated environment.
  • Ability to translate complex HR metrics into actionable business insights.
