Manage and maintain HR databases, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across employee lifecycle datasets.
Develop and enforce data governance standards and audit checks.
Design, automate and publish HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, talent, productivity, compliance).
Create custom reports for HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership teams.
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with meaningful insights.
Analyse workforce trends, talent metrics, compensation data, and performance indicators.
Support forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting through data-driven insights.
