Role Overview
LanceSoft India is recruiting a Manager – HR & Administration for a permanent role in Navi Mumbai, India.
The role combines human resources management, employee administration, payroll support, and general office administration.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Post recruitment advertisements based on department manpower requirements.
- Source CVs, oversee screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate finalization.
- Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related letters.
- Manage onboarding, welcome kits, HR induction, job descriptions, and employee KPIs.
Attendance and Employee Management
- Manage the attendance and biometric system and coordinate monthly attendance and leave closure.
- Coordinate year-end leave balance reviews with the Dubai HR team.
- Handle employee grievances, code of conduct compliance, employee records, and files.
- Lead approved employee events and office functions.
Payroll and Compliance
- Provide WPS support as directed by the Senior Manager.
- Manage ESI additions and deletions.
- Handle tax filing and related documentation.
Office Administration
- Oversee the HR and administration team and general office administration.
- Ensure timely renewal of leases, licenses, and other regulatory documents.
- Ensure IT infrastructure is operational for smooth office functioning.
- Monitor office cleanliness, maintenance, reception, and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of the shipping industry is preferred.
