Responsibilities
- Lead growth marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid, organic, and promotional channels, aligned to business priorities and target sectors
- Build and optimize lead generation pathways — including landing pages, nurture flows, email sequences, and campaign journeys
- Oversee planning, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across the website, paid media, email, and social channels
- Work with agency partners to develop, launch, and continuously improve paid and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with Brand and Communications to ensure campaign messaging aligns with positioning, editorial direction, and brand standards
- Track and report on campaign performance, leads, conversions, and growth indicators — building practical reporting
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple stakeholders and partners
- Support annual marketing planning, budget management, and prioritization of growth initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management
- Post secondary education in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent combination)
- Experience building and executing campaigns tied to measurable business objectives
- Experience with digital channels, lead generation tactics, and conversion focused content journeys
- Experience managing agency partners, vendors, or cross functional campaign contributors
- Strong analytical and reporting capability with the ability to interpret data and apply sound judgment
- B2B, service oriented, or relationship driven environment experience is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM, email, analytics, paid media, or marketing automation platforms is an asset
- Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret security clearance
