Rotational Areas
- Credit Centre Adjudication and Funding focuses on real estate secured lending credit adjudication and funding.
- Banking, Estate and Credit Servicing supports deposit operations, estate files, and mortgage discharges.
- Operations Performance Ecosystem uses data, insights, workflow allocation, and coaching routines to improve performance.
- Operations Colleague Confidence and Automation delivers automation strategy, AI-enabled technologies, technology assets, and talent programs.
- Operations Control and Regulatory Delivery monitors operational risk, regulatory remediation, and process performance testing.
Program Responsibilities
- Streamline, automate, and scale processes using data and AI where appropriate.
