Manager - Global Process Engineering Programmes

Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We will design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality and the backing of a well-established parent company.

The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands, and we are currently building a state-of-the-art battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset. This multi-billion-pound investment is one of the largest ever made in the UK automotive sector and will create thousands of jobs across the region and wider supply chain.

Experience delivering engineering, manufacturing or industrial projects.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills

Expertise in project planning, risk, change and budget management.

Experience managing global suppliers, contractors and project delivery teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of manufacturing environments.

Experience within battery manufacturing, automotive, energy or large-scale industrial projects.

Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, commissioning and production ramp-up activities would be beneficial.

Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
