• <p style="line-height: 12.0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>MBA or equivalent in business, accounting, marketing, communications, or related field</li> <li>8 to 12 years’ experience with an accounting and/or professional services firm a strength.</li> <li>Experience supporting pricing-related initiatives within a professional services environment would be highly valuable</li> <li>High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li> <li>Strong project management capabilities and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and project teams, working under tight deadlines, when necessary.</li> <li>Foreign language skills, and the practical application of foreign language use abroad a plus</li> <li>Interested candidates should demonstrate an affinity for learning on the job and problem-solving as well as an ambition to work across service lines</li> <li>The candidate should be a self-starter and demonstrate strength in working autonomously on assignments and initiatives</li> <li>The candidate should be culturally sensitive and able to demonstrate agile and collaborative cross-cultural communication skills</li> <li>This adaptable employee will need to be the kind of professional that thrives in an environment where they are expected to think strategically and are presented with new problems to solve</li> <li>Flexible work hours may be required to accommodate GCS international partners and teammates due to time zone differences</li> <li>Working knowledge of international client services and service delivery is beneficial and some marketing or business development experience a plus</li> <li>Outstanding oral and written communication skills are very important and experience in developing business-to-business communications, including promotional and direct marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, proposals, etc. helpful</li> <li>Event planning, promotion and management experience with events like seminars and conferences, as well as “virtual” webcast/webinar events a bonus</li> <li>It is essential that interested candidates strive to live by Grant Thornton’s core values: Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Respect and Responsibility.</li> </ul>
