Opportunity

Lead fraud data design and integration work supporting analytics, machine learning, modeling, reporting, and fraud detection.

Represent Fraud Data Sciences and AI interests in systems integration projects and advance the fraud data strategy toward AI enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with detection, data science, quantitative analytics monitoring, and reporting stakeholders to define project data needs.
  • Translate cross-bank priorities into project requirements through collaboration with Fraud Strategy, Operations, IT, and other teams.
  • Participate in data design and planning for systems integration projects and execute use-case test plans.
  • Manage data-related project risks, issues, questions, and critical decisions, including escalation and stakeholder communication.
  • Support post-launch transition to end users and monitor production issues during the warranty period.
  • Use banking data from multiple business lines to support the fraud detection ecosystem.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience using SQL, DB2, or Teradata to analyze, identify, and resolve data issues.
  • Experience in project leadership or systems integration and capturing data requirements with end users, business analysts, and developers.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, negotiation, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data feeds, data structures, APIs, and data models.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience designing use cases, test cases, and data flow diagrams.
  • Knowledge of HDFS, cloud infrastructure, Kafka, Elasticsearch, big data analytics, and modeling.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile project management, and fraud detection and prevention.
