Analyze payment method cost and performance data sets to identify optimization opportunities

Collaborate closely with Product and FinTech solutions on Fintech roadmaps, strategic planning and initiative prioritization

Evaluate partnership opportunities with our Fintech partners in form of business cases to realize cost savings or create incremental revenue streams

Become a subject matter expert for Pay-in topics across Agoda and fulfill ad-hoc Finance requests to educate stakeholders about payments deal economics

4-8 years of professional experience in fields like Analytics, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Data Science or similar; experience in online or e-commerce business preferred

2+ years of experience in payments or Fintech, ideally on the merchant-side in a role that requires you to analyze payment performance as your day-to-day job

Bachelor’s degree in any field as minimum requirement; MBA or master’s degree in business / finance / management preferred since strong business acumen is required in this role

Strong numerical and analytical skills (e.g., running queries with SQL, building dashboards) with keen attention to detail

Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying and executing complex, data-driven strategies that resulted in measurable revenue growth and margin improvement

Ability to effectively communicate proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders

Willingness to move quickly, adapt well to change, and thrive in dynamic environments; professional “get it done” attitude and strong work ethic

Fluency in English is required
