The Manager, Financial Systems is part of the Controllership organization and is responsible for managing, supporting, and continuously improving Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications used by the Accounting and Finance teams.
The role partners closely with end users, IT, and external support providers to evaluate existing system processes and design, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and create a more efficient and scalable EPM.
The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, deep understanding of financial close and reporting processes, and hands-on experience supporting and improving Oracle EPM modules.
This role requires direct ownership, administration, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM applications.
We are seeking a candidate who has managed Oracle EPM design, governance, metadata, testing, enhancements, and ongoing operations within a Finance or Controllership environment.
This is a full-time hybrid on-site (3) days a week based out of our Northbrook or Chicago office.
