Lead and develop a team of Financial Reporting Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
Oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including financial statements, regulatory filings, account reconciliations, journal entries, trend analysis, and related disclosures.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
