Manager - FAAS, Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant, Riyadh

Role Overview

Implementation Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Conduct business requirements workshops with finance, treasury, compliance, and banking operations teams.
• Design and configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Financial Reporting modules.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state operating models aligned with banking best practices.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and deployment plans.

Integration and Delivery

• Lead integration discussions involving core banking systems, payment platforms, treasury systems, and regulatory reporting solutions.
• Manage SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
• Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements applicable to financial institutions in the GCC.
• Collaborate with technical teams on reporting, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and participate in business development and proposal activities when required.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in finance or CA.
• Minimum eight years of Oracle Financials consulting experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.
• At least one complete turnkey end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation in the Middle East banking sector.
• Strong understanding of banking finance processes, controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on configuration experience across multiple Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
• Arabic and English bilingual communication capability.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Oracle Fusion Financials implementation certification is preferred.
• Experience with leading banks in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman is preferred.
• Understanding of IFRS, VAT regulations, and regional banking compliance requirements is preferred.
• Experience supporting digital finance transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Experience with a leading consulting firm is preferred.
