Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and support a positive team culture.
Oversee student supervision to ensure safety and engagement during program hours.
Develop programming including enrichment, recreation, and social-emotional learning activities and events.
Manage daily operations including scheduling, attendance tracking, and activity coordination.
Ensure compliance with program health and safety protocols.
Manage program budgeting, financial record maintenance and general record keeping.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
